Question 1: What is the market average for List to Sell ratio? And what is yours? A) 94.6 %
Answer 1: You would hope though that the agent is within 2-3% of 100%. Knowing there own market is essential! For example, the market average in Regina is at about 94.6%

Question 2: What is your average days on the market for homes in my price range?
Answer 2: A realtor should know there average days in price categories ie. 50-100 100-200 200-300 300-UP. They should be able to quote these in their sleep.

Question 3: What percentage of the homes that you list sell?
Answer 3: In a booming market 78% is the average.
