Our Bi-Level had a attractive and updated interior but lacked what realtors called "Street Appeal". Potential buyers could have driven by our home without giving it a second look. We knew that if we wanted to attract potential buyers, we would need to bring them into the interior of our home. Your web site allowed us to do that. The virtual tour showed our home very well. The skhomes4sale website is convenient for both the buyer and the seller. The person who bought our home needed to make a quick purchase and had to view a lot of properties is a short period of time. When we thought about selling our acreage, we engaged skhomes4sale.com to do our advertising. Leanne came out and took pictures and wrote a detailed description of our property. We used the site address to advertise our property on other websites and newspapers such as the Leader Post and the Western Producer. Having a website with the information was very helpful to prospective buyers because they could look at the site before following up with us.
